I am looking for a new host, My current host(ixwebhosting) sucks theres always downtime, response time of my site is very slow,Â? they have a good support 24/7 but their server is very slow, I think they might invest more on their server or theyÂ? oversell their own servers.

Im currently checking dreamhost and hostgator. Which one is better in terms of performance and cost. I am also looking for some reseller accounts to have a cpanel for each of my sites and might also sell some hosting to my blogger friends.
