Globe GCash is it Secured ?

Globe GCash, the revolutionary cashless and cardless mobile commerce service from Globe. Is it secured? I think Yes, But if your the one paying to someones G-Cash its Not 100% secured , Why ?

I tried to send a GCash to one of the seller in TPC, he then tells me that he did not receive any notification from GCash, then I tried to call GCash hotline to verify if my transaction is successfully sent, the agent told me that I cannot verify it, only the GCash owner can verify the transaction, but the problem is I am the one who sent the cash I also have Transaction Id or anything that she can verified. To cut the story short sending a GCash to someone, will have at least little open issues, if the receiver tells you that he/she doesnt receive any confirmation txt, or he/she falsely declared to you that he didnt receive any Gcash from you. and many more.

At least on my experience, TPC seller verified his account and confirmed that he received my GCash-In in his account.

What If it happens to you and the seller falsely declared he/she doesnt receive any.
How will you verify it ? Any Ideas ?
