Things to do this 3rd quarter 2010
1. Update all wordpress sites (software, plugins updates etc)
2. Find a graphic artist that will create Gimikero.com logo and redesign OnlineMenu.ph site.
3. Create decent calling card, I prefer to make 1 for Gimikero.com and Batangas-Resort.com
4. Buy a VPS server and transfer 3-5 sites in this machine.
I also plan to sell some of my space to my colleague
5. Try to create more articles / blog post to my new sites

Gimikero.com – Mainly focus on Gimik places, travel and food blogs, this will also be my travel blog. I’ll try to post Hotel reviews, tourist destination and some of my PhotoShoot on where I go

OnlineMenu.ph – will focus on restaurant menus and promos

Hongkong-Tour.info – Mainly focus in Travelling to Hong kong, Hong Kong Itenerary, cheap hongkong hotel reviews, Hongkong hotel promos and many more.
6. Link build this new sites
Either i’ll do it or find someone in DigitalPoint to do it for me(this will cost me few $$)

My friends and I are thinking of putting up a food cart business, we tried to brainstorm what will be our product. We ended up in 1 business which is affordable yet delicious and we love to eat it as well. We plot our plan, how much do we need as start up capital and how many do we need to sell in a day to cover all our expenses like rent, power, salaries and food stocks.

Finding a good location is very hard to find Yesterday we checked 1 location near our office and looks ok, we are eager to get this location, we paid the reservation, our next step is to apply for a food franchise. We thought that its easy as 1 2 3 but its not. We need to wait 3 to 4 weeks for the manufacturing of food cart and all other needed permits etc. The big problem we have is that when our location starts/open within this month, we’ll end up paying our rent without our business running in it. It is a 1 month loss already but thats part of our operating cost/expense, we need to find a good location before we can apply for a food franchise thats why

How to UNLOCK and JAILBREAK the iPhone 2g – First Generation

Blogging does allows the advantage of making money 24/7 and that helps to create a passive income stream. However, most blogs require a hands on approach so you should really enjoy the topic your blogging about. If you dont, then the chances of your blog making you money 24/7 is slim to none. But if you are a seasoned blogger/veteran you can blog anything, your blog topic could be those high paying niches, to get high value per click.

This may be not the best tips in eBay but I found it effective.

Before bidding, search for the item you want that will end in few minutes time, like 30 mins or less
you must have an idea how much is the market value of the item you want to bid.

For example : Iphone 2g current market value is in $250 or less, you must bid this item if it less than this price. Take note of the shipping cost as well, because this will be added to your total price.

Lets say I found Iphone 2g worth $150 in auction with shipping cost of $5, wait until last 5mins then try to bid.

- Bid $152.50 if your bid is outbid then theres someone who use the autobid function of Ebay.
- Try to bid again, this time set your max bid to $165, do this in last 2 mins, if your the highest bidder then were lucky because last few minutes will end soon, but if we were outbid again, then we need to bid at higher max bid.
- This time wait for the last few 30seconds. place your max bid for example $190
before you confirm your bid wait until last 5 seconds before submitting your max bid.
If we outbid the highest bidder then theres no way he can outbid you again because its over

If we won this item our total cost will be $190 + $5 shipping cost. Sometimes less than $190 because if the highest bidder is only $180 then it will be around $182.50 + $5 shipping

Note: I just won 4 Iphone 2g and 1 Iphone 3g in this style of bidding, which I prove to be effective.

Next goal is to maintain an average monthly income of 1k++, I still need to create more sites and optimize other sites to make this happen.

One of my friend, whom I taught and encourage to blog sent me a mail about his site traffic. After a year of his site goes online, his traffic is now doubled. He is very happy that even doing almost nothing in his site, It is still earning, he is now optimistic to modify and post more articles to earn more. He realized that theres money doing what we love to do hahaha to Blog

His site now earns almost $70 from total investment of $15 for domain name for 2 years, a $55 net earnings for almost 1 year and a half.
Is a good income in terms of ROI.

Im happy that he acts on what he learned and I know he is now a Happy Blogger

My Goal for year 2010 – Year of the Tiger

1. Increase my online income at least 30% – Feasible ? hmmm.. Feasible I know I can do it
2. Update all my blog sites on first quarter of the year. Change blog design or improve ad placement
3. Update some of my sites to generate more income not just from Adsense
4. Learn how to generate income via Online selling/Affiliate marketing
5. Create a new source of income – Offline Business or Online Business
6. Travel to at least 3 countries this year
7. Pay all my credit card debts
8. Share my knowledge to other people who wants to earn Online.

Over all experience 2 Thumbs Up. More power to all IBlog 5 Coordinators / Participants/Sponsor etc.

Next year will definitely a big crowd.
I think its better to have Advance and Newbie Sessions.
